Based on the understanding of university stadium management status quo, the in-depth analysis of its existing problems and the future developing directions will be given. The characteristics and advantages of the properties management model itself will be introduced to the university stadium management and operations, which will provide a theoretical basis for the rational use of resources and will improve the management of the university stadium and even the construction of harmonious campus.
