摘要

The microscopic deformation of the contacts of stationary wave piezoelectric motors has been detected in this paper based on vibration mechanism. The relationship between the external motor can be obtained based on the analysis of the relationship between vibration and wave by transmission mechanism. The motion mechanism analysis of the contacts shows that the drive speed of a contact is determined by lateral vibration instead of sliding.
