The Romanian Law-maker's New View Regarding Nullity. Effects upon the Labour Relations

After the changes made to the Labour Code, in 2011, and after the entering into force of the new Civil Code, the relation general law - special law acquired new valences in the issue of the nullity of the individual labour contract, and new questions arose in the game between common law and the derogatory norm. The correct corroboration of these norms with the general principles in the field can be done only with nuances, by taking into account the characteristics of the labour contract.The paper aims to analyse the new perspectives of the institution of nullity of contracts, especially in respect of labour contract.
