Interactive webpage interface design emphasizes the importance of being user-oriented and being user-centered, in order to elevate the performance of interaction between user and the computer. The design standard that webpage design adopts is an evaluation method of wide availability. Under general acknowledgment, usability is the primary factor that affects the performance of a website. The obstacle that has been concerned chronically is to eliminate the tremendous gap between webpage designer and user. The current study introduces the NASA task load index to evaluate whether differences would occur when a different subject-target interface is applied to users with diverse mental models or groups. Through multi-gradient approach, participants are able to conduct a self-evaluation objectively and record their task load, calculating its mean value, standard variation, relevancy and significance. To produce a well-designed user interface, designers should have comprehensive understanding of user features and take all functions or application items, usability and overall design framework of the website into carefully consideration.
