摘要

The nanoparticals-based drug carrier systems for magnetic targeting have become a hotspot of biomedical community.The aim of this study was to prepare a novel magnetic nanosized chitosan composites by a one-step method as drug carriers in magentic targeting therapy.The prepared composite nanoparticles were characterized by means of transmission electron microscopy (TEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),X-ray diffraction (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM).The results indicated that the composite nanoparticles have good morphology and possesses high magnetization.Therefore,it is believed the reported magnetic nanosized chitosan herein hold commendable potential in magnetic targeting therapeutics.
