摘要

This paper extends an unified approach to analysis the stability of time-delay systems via the extended scaled small gain concepts. It is demonstrated that the new delay-fractioning Lyapunov-Krasovskii(L-K) functional stability conditions are equivalent to the robust stability analysis of an uncertain system via the use of the scaled small gain lemma with constant scales. The novelty of this note stems from the fact that it develops the existing results and gives the less conservative stability conditions.
