In this paper, magnetic properties of Fe∕Cu∕Fe, Fe∕Cr∕Fe Fe∕Al∕Fe (Ferromagnetic∕Metal∕Ferromagnetic) sandwitch thin films have been studied. The magnetic properties were investigated by magnetic force microscopy (MFM) alternative gradient force magnetometery (AGFM) analysis. The structure of the mentioned sandwiches was investigated using X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. An X‐ray diffractometer with Cu‐Kα radiation (λ? = ?1.5405?) was used, in a Bragg‐Brentano arrangement and atomic force microscopy. Morphological and structural studies show that the nanoparticles grow in a well‐defined nanostructured pattern.
