A nano machine is an assembly of a discrete number of supramolecular components designed to perform mechanical like movements as a consequence of appropriate external stimuli. In this research work we wish report synthesis of a part of nano machines are based on interlocked macrocycle named rotaxanes, catenanes, pseudorataxane and knots, that Bis aza thiacrown compound (5) was synthesized by macrocyclic diamide (4) and 2, 6-dicarbonyldicholoride pyridine in dry CH2C12 and was refluxed in presence of Et3N in good yield. The structures of these compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis.
