The design and synthesis of a novel biodegradable amphiphilic MPEG-dendritic block copolymer containing (glycolic acid)-alt-(lactic acid) oligomers and glycerol with potential applications in drug delivery is described. Their structures are confirmed by 1H NMR spectra, and their molecular weight distributions are measured by GPC.
