Considerations on the legal sentencing regime of unreported employment in Romania

The study presents a summary of rules on unreported employment in Romanian legislation and analyses the most important incriminating laws (Labour Code, Criminal Code etc.), decisions and opinions on this subject.These phenomena have been exacerbated not only in our country but also at community and international level, amid the global economic crisis, which directly affects the workforce, namely the relationship between employee and employer.
