摘要

We have synthesized Fe-doped YMnO_(3) samples by conventional solid-state reaction route. Room temperature XRD data confirm formation of hexagonal structure with space group P6_(3)cm. The magnetic characterizations indicate that with increasing Fe-content (0 <= x <= 0.10), the AFM transition temperature decreases from 71K to 68K. A corresponding shift in the dielectric anomaly observed indicates somewhat uncommon magnetolectric coupling in all the specimens.
