摘要

The paper firstly summarized the existed relative researches as well as defined the concept of the sticky knowledge. Besides, it made the systematic analysis on the mechanism of the formation of sticky information and put forward a model of sticky knowledge in the process of organizational knowledge transformation. At last, the paper advanced the strategies to manage sticky knowledge according to the model.
