Game Analysis on Quality and Price Competition under Profit Funtion

Under socialist market economy, market is taking a leading role in private higher education. As one of the most important elements in China's private higher education system, independent colleges should grasp higher education mechanism and market economy law to make education quality and corresponding charge price satisfy the demands of special consumption group and comply with the demands of competition among the colleges of the same kind. Meanwhile, independent colleges need to develop the equilibrium competition mechanism of education quality and charge price under the charge price restriction imposed by the government, therefore to achieve the maximization of social and economic benefits.
