Structural equation model analysis is introduced into the quantitative evaluation for knowledge workers' loyalty degree in large-scale manufacturing enterprises. Based on 536 valid questionnaire data, the 2-order factor model and the mathematical model were built to calculate and compare the theoretical value and the actual value of knowledge workers' loyalty degree, if the actual value is higher than the theoretical one, then the conclusion is that the KWLD is relatively high and to be maintained; Otherwise, if the conclusion is that the KWLD is relatively low and to be enhanced. At last, the results indicate SEM based evaluation method is proper to assess knowledge workers' loyalty.
