PURPOSE: A system for enterprise welfare and a selective welfare system of workers is provided to enable an enterprise to construct the system giving welfare point depending on a condition of each worker, enable the worker to selectively use a welfare service/product within the welfare points, and enable a provider to register the welfare service/product desired from the worker through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: An enterprise welfare account database(112) enables the enterprise to store a welfare fund for giving the welfare point to the worker(100). A welfare point control module(111) calculates the welfare point of each worker from the welfare fund and stores the welfare point to a worker welfare account database(109). A manager server(108) manages a homepage(103) of the system, and manages the welfare point and settlement. A provider control module(113) controls a database(114) for the providers(107) providing the welfare services/product. A service/product database(110) stores the welfare services/products provided from the provider. Web servers(102,104) enable the worker or the provider to connect to the homepage by using the Internet or the Internet TV(101,105).
