The utility model refers to information and telecommunication devices intended for receiving and digital processing of biomedical data on vital parameters of a person's health. The problem being solved is the need to expand the arsenal of technical means used in the fight against the most dangerous epidemic diseases, in particular, the COVID-19 pandemic. The technical result consists in the implementation of this purpose, thanks to the use of telemedicine technologies and artificial intelligence. The proposed solution provides medical workers with a means of remote (without face-to-face contact between a doctor and a patient) testing employees of industrial and transport enterprises, providing preliminary differential diagnosis of COVID-19. The decision is made based on the results of complex remote measurements of physiological parameters, video assessment of the patient's psychoemotional state and computer objectification of sound phenomena. To do this, the closest analogue, the telemedicine hub for pre-trip examinations of railway rolling stock workers, has been equipped with a sequentially connected spectrogram analysis unit, made with the possibility of preliminary input of spectrogram samples of COVID-19 patients into it, and a decision-making unit associated with a video server. The hub is supplemented with an input for receiving digital signals from a set of audio sensors, and the spectrum analyzer is made with an additional channel for the formation of a spectrogram, the output of which is connected to the input of the spectrogram analysis unit, made on the basis of a convolutional neural network, self-learning on samples of spectrograms of sounds of voice, breathing, coughing and sneezing of patients. patients with COVID-19. 5 p.p. f-ly, 3 dwg.
