Design of Multi-project Collaborative Management System

摘要

Based on the theory of multi-project management, it mainly aims at data transmission among multi-projects and builds up a multi-project collaborative management system framework. To some extended, studying an effective multi-project management system with broad applicability for different industries improves the confusion of multiple projects in the enterprise. It realizes resource sharing among the projects, reasonable allocation of personnel and tasks, multiproject progress real-time monitoring, and it can also solve problems such as resource conflicts and improve management efficiency of enterprises, meeting the project management needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, assist and guide software development. Therefore, this paper made relevant research on building enterprise multi-project management system and built a system model for multi-project collaborative management based on the PMI (Project Management Institute) specification. Besides, process management, project collaboration and message communication in the multi-project collaborative management system was studied in order to build a multi-project collaborative management system framework. Ultimately, an effective multi-project management system with broad applicability for different industries was studied and exploited.
