This study aims to understand the research direction of unsafe behaviors of employees based on big data at home and abroad, and identify the direction that can be improved and needs to be further studied, so as to provide reference for the further development of related research in the future. Taking CNKI as data source, this study analyzes the research trend of "unsafe behavior" in China. Using the method of literature analysis, this study mainly introduces the definition and division of unsafe behaviors, summarizes the influencing factors of unsafe behaviors, the research contents of domestic and foreign scholars on big data and human resource management, big data and unsafe behaviors of employees, and analyzes the research directions at home and abroad. Big data can be used to predict employee behaviors and potential behaviors, to find out unsafe behaviors of employees, and to establish corresponding models to give early warning of unsafe behaviors of employees.
