Sustainability Assessment of Prefabricated Building Based on ANP-Entropy Weight Method: Case Study of Guangzhou City

In line with the notion of sustainability as a development concept, prefabricated buildings are gradually becoming an important way to achieve sustainable development in the construction industry. In recent years, China has vigorously advocated assembly-style construction. However, this development is still at the initial stage of promotion, and research in related fields is relatively rare. In addition, research on the evaluation of the sustainability of fabricated buildings is limited. Through literature review and expert interviews, this study used the triple bottom line (TBL) to establish a scientific and rational evaluation index system for prefabricated building sustainability. Combining network analysis and entropy weight methods, research data of Guangzhou City were taken as example, in which the weight of each indicator is obtained. This study investigates the main factors affecting the sustainable development of China's prefabricated buildings through research and provides a theoretical basis for promoting the sustainable construction and operation management of prefabricated building projects.
