Noise Parameters Extraction Considering Error Term Effect

摘要

Genetic algorithm is an effective way to extract noise parameters. Objective function is important for genetic algorithm calculation results. In this work, noise figure errors and source admittance errors are considered in the construction of two objective functions: one considers noise figure error and source admittance error; the other considers noise figure error only. In the experiment, noise parameters of an amplifier are extracted using genetic algorithm. Objective function considering noise figure error only can obtain as accurate noise parameters as the one considering noise figure error and source admittance error.
