Construction of Knowledge Graph of Stroke Based on Meta-analysis Literature

In recent years, medical informatization had become an indispensable link in the development of the medical industry. Knowledge graphs were widely used in the medical field because they can make full use of massive medical resources and change the backward way of traditional manual data processing. This paper proposed a method to extract ontology information from a large amount of meta-analysis literature to construct a know-ledge graph of stroke. Specific implementation steps as follows:(1) Meta-analysis literature related to stroke were obtained from the knowledge database;(2) Pre-processing was performed on the obtained documents, including data collection, de-duplication, information completion, and disambiguation;(3) The relevant al-gorithms for constructing the graph were given. The construction of this knowledge graph can realize the interconnection and sharing of stroke medical resources to a large extent, and provide convenience for guiding the rehabilitation and nursing of stroke patients.
