摘要

This paper demonstrates the application of compact antenna test range (CATR) in the field of terahertz antenna measurement engineering. The existing 1m aperture tri-reflector CATR system is proposed in the paper. This system is applied to measure several terahertz antennas. Besides, the simulated 5m aperture tri-reflector CATR with a 70% aperture efficiency is demonstrated with consistent amplitude and phase performance in a quiet zone at 300GHz.
