The Technology of Wideband Microwave Power Combining

摘要

In this paper, a series of new microwave wideband power amplifiers are presented. These power amplifiers are based on broadband multi-way power combining technology. We know that microwave and millimeter wave power amplifier is an important part of microwave and millimeter wave transmitter. When the output power of single device is limited, power combining technology is an effective method to improve the output power of the system. According to the latest research progress, this paper analyzes and studies the microwave and millimeter wave space power combining technology.
