INTEGRATING CHINESE HERBALS FOR PAIN IN DIFFERENT LIFESTAGES

Pain is a problem we deal with on many levels in a veterinary practice. In Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM) the etiology of pain in the body is the disruption of the flow of Qi and Blood. The basic statement about pain, formed over two thousand years ago is: if there is free flow, there is no pain; however, if there is disruption of this flow, there is pain.
