Different strategies and technologies are used in garment business to launch new product. In this article, the application of critical path method without resource constrains in planning to design the new garment. The study was on women kurti producer. The current state of production was analyzed and then the kurti production was organized with the critical path techniques. As a result, the scheduled duration was 616 seconds. But after applying the technique, the expected duration was reduced to 494 seconds a reduction of about 20%.
