Current Method on Spalling Repair Work in Ages Building

Malaysia experiences hot and humid weather throughout the year, giving the building materials a particular challenge to withstand such a tropical environment, especially for buildings over the age of 25. The purpose of this study is to find out the true nature of the spalling problem in the study. It is carried out using three planned methods, namely visual assessment, damage level study, and equivalent recovery recommendations. Preliminaries research found that many areas had spalling problems with a total of 128 point defects with minimal damage levels. The proposed settlement is relatively in line with the damage done. Furthermore, adopt a pragmatic approach to the professional level.
