Vibration cementing is a promising new cementing technology. It is very important for the improvement of interfacial bonding strength to vibrate in the waiting on cement time. The downhole vibration cementing tool can not only cause vibration in the waiting on cement time but also not change conventional cementing technology. Firstly, the key components of downhole vibration cementing tool are designed and tested by the overall design index. Secondly, the modal of downhole vibration cementing tool istested. Finally, the vibration frequency and vibration amplitude of downhole vibration cementing tool are test The experimental results show that: (T)the working time and speed range of downhole vibration cementing tool are in accordance with the designindex; @downhole vibration cementing tool itself does not resonate in the range of 5Hz~20Hz, ensuring that the tool will not fail due to the resonance of the casing string; @Through the design of laboratory experiment, the vibration frequency and vibration amplitude of downhole vibration cementing tool are tested, and the pressure value required for cutting the pin is verified. The test result is in accordance with the design goal. The experiment is ready for the subsequent construction of the field test.
