摘要

The finite element software was adopted to make a simulation analysis of the temperature field changes ofPMMA basis material at micro-channel entrance when the ultrafast laser was set at different powers. In addition,the ultra-field depth digital 3D microscope, scanning electronic microscope (herein referred to as SEM) and whitelight interferometer were also used to test and analyze the influence of ultrafast laser at different powers on themorphological and structural characteristics of the post-irradiation PMMA basis material.
