Now Daqing Oilfield has entered the late stage of mining and development, and the comprehensive moisture content of the produced fluid has reached more than 80%. The integrated water content of some early-exploited oilfield blocks has exceeded 90%. As the water content of the produced liquid rises, the total amount of produced liquid increases sharply, and there are many problems in the oilfield surface oil water treatment system that are difficult to handle. The high-water content of the produced liquid causes great changes in the physical properties such as heat and viscosity. These changes have caused many difficulties to the oilfield water treatment system of the original oilfield, resulting in some old production systems unable to complete the oil and water treatment, and the treatment effect is not good. In the process of oilfield development, water is an inevitable component in the tertiary oil recovery fluid, and the water content is too high. Therefore, the electric dehydration of crude oil is an important link in the oilfield production process.
