There investigated the direction of chip flow on the front surface by machining with non-cylindrical original instrumental surface end mills. Currently the design of milling cutters with a non-cylindrical original instrumental surface is based on the convenience of their production. However, there are several ways for grinding shaped cutting units [1]. The use of radial end mills is common nowadays (Figure 1). The choice of radial end mills is determined by the structure, which generates any shape and of a space curve at a point exceeds the radius of sphere.
