Improving the quality of talent education in colleges and universities, increasing the influence of colleges and universities, and strengthening the professional ethics of college teachers is the key to the quality of education and teaching. Based on this, this paper analyzes and explores the significance of strengthening the professional ethics of college teachers, the current situation of college teachers' professional ethics and how to strengthen the professional ethics of college teachers.
