The possibility of obtaining solid solutions (SSs) of the quasi-binary system (1-x)(Na_(0.5)K_(0.5))NbO_3-xPb(Ti_(0.5)Zr_(0.5))O_3 using various technological procedures was investigated. The effects of mechanical activation on phase formation and sintering temperature of solid solutions are shown. The optimal technological regulations that ensure the impermeability and high relative density of ceramics, promising for microelectronics (converters operating in receive mode, devices operated for the load) are identified.
