Heat transfer concept on Bakar Batu Papua's culture

摘要

Bakar Batu Papua's culture closely related to physics, especially to the concept of heat transfer. The aim of the research was to describe of heat transfer concept on Bakar Batu Papua's culture. The samples were taken by purposive random sampling technique consisted of 110 high school students from 3 senior high schools in Jayapura city. The descriptive qualitative method was employed in this study. The data were collected by using observation, student worksheet and interviews regarding the concept of heat transfer. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that 82.73% of the students can describe of heat transfer concept on Bakar Batu Papua's culture, and 17.27% of the students cannot describe of heat transfer concept in Bakar Batu Papua's culture.first, second, and third level headings (first level heading).
