Increasing the customer demand causes an increase in the number of flights for the case study low-cost airline. According to the low-cost airline industry, the airline focuses on minimizing total cost. In addition, we also aim rosters satisfying operation are balance workload, the priority of seniority (bidline), and balance flight assignment. This paper attempts to solve individual cockpit crew pairing assignment to each flight pattern. In this paper, we propose the multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition algorithm (MOEA/D) to compare with honey bees mating optimization (HBMO) for solving many objectives and complex cockpit crew scheduling problem.
