This paper deals with the problem of chemical pre-treatments of hot dip galvanized materials for the adhesion of organic coatings. In the first part of the paper are mentioned new perspective technologies of chemical pretreatments and the second part is devoted to the comparison of current and modern chemical pre-treatments and their influence on the adhesion of organic coatings and corrosion resistance. The goal of scientific research is to replace the current chemical pre-treatments due to increasing demands to reduce production costs, protect the environment and reduce the total time of these technological processes.
