Based on a case of water inrush accident in a tunnel project, analyzed the accident cause. Combining with practice and production, three measures are put forward to prevent water inrush accidents scientifically in underground shaft and tunnel construction: Before construction The investigation of hydro geological conditions must be done well; Advanced water exploration drilling holes should be designed in engineering design; During construction, The site management should be strengthened,timely correction and guidance . Ensure the project is completed on schedule and safely.
