The original 3α THSR (Tohsaki-Horiuchi-Schuck-Ropke) wave function was extended to 2α+α THSR wave function for studying the rich cluster structures of 0~+ states in ~(12)C, which includes two size parameters and the 2α correlation was included in the container picture. It was found that the extended single THSR wave functions give a very high-accuracy description of the ground state and also the excited 0~+ states in ~(12)C. By superposing the 2α+α THSR basis with the radius constraint method, we performed the GCM calculations for the 0~+ states. The existence of the 0_3~+ and 0_4~+ states around 10 MeV were confirmed in this microscopical cluster model. The further study indicates the 0_3~+ state can be considered as a breathing-like excited state of the Hoyle state.
