Intellectual Property Policy Enhancement In Knowledge-Based Organizations

摘要

The purpose of this paper is to highlight the intellectual property place and role within an industrial knowledge-based organization which performs design activities. This objective will be accomplished by presenting the importance of integrating intellectual property policy implementation with the quality policy and also by setting objectives in the intellectual property field and establishing some intellectual property strategies, and improvement measures for intellectual property protection management. The basis for these activities is the correlation of the quality policy with an intellectual property policy, as well as the points of strength identified in the studied organization. Finally, the issues discussed in this scientific paper will conclude the possibility of the implementation of standards in the intellectual property field.
