摘要

The laws of adsorption and desorption about compound hawthorn flavonoids in polyamide resin static bed is be researched in this paper and determinant the number of transfer units (NTU), height of a transfer unit (HTU) and overall mass transfer coefficient in adsorption process. We find that the adsorption rate increase with the increasing of adsorption flow, but the adsorption quantity of polyamide resin decreases as the reducing of adsorption time. The main flavonoids are adsorbed in the macropore of polyamide resign and less flavonoids is adsorbed in micropore. Based on the test result, it's suitable to keep adsorption flow 11BV·h-1. it can elute the maximum impurities to keep water elution flow 3BV·h-1 and obtain yield above 95% under the desorption flow 2BV·h-1 by 75% alcohol.
