Understand your clients: Understanding where your clients are coming from as well as their background and knowledge base will give you the tools necessary to communicate with them about the care that is needed for their pet. This in turn will lead togreater compliance in regards to what is needed to take care of their pet.Be confident and proud of the services your hospital has to offer: Most clients can tell when you are uncertain of what you're presenting to them and in turn become less confident in you. This will lead to decreased owner compliance.The client is the most important person in any practice: They ultimately are the ones to dictate how care will proceed for their pet so getting their buy in is of the utmost importance.
