We study a static, spherically symmetric and asymptotic flat spacetime in the hypersurface orthogonal Einstein-aether theory with z= 2 Lifshitz scaling terms motivated by Horava-Lifshitz theory. In our numerical analysis, we find two kinds of interesting solutions: (i) two-parameter family of back hole solutions with a regular universal horizon and (ii) a solution with thunderbolt singularity whose universal horizon turns to be a spacelike singularity.
