摘要

This paper analyzed the leveling control principle about platform, and presented the strategy of leveling through raising landing leg. The leveling control system based on AVR microcomputer and stepping motor driving module was introduced. Moreover, the hardware frame and software chart of leveling control system was designed in detail in order to improve the work efficiency in the process of leveling mechanism case. This electrical design scheme which adopts single direction increases leg leveling algorithm and AVR microcontroller, can quickly and accurately adjust the height of the box and the levelness of platform. This system can effectively save box installation time, ensure the installation precision and significantly reduce the probability of failure due to improper installation position.
