The uniqueness of this work lies in the application of the approaches and experience of geomechanicalmodeling accumulated in the oil and gas industry to solve the problems of building mines,which reducedaccident rate and,as a result,minimized the cost of eliminating the consequences of complications,as wellas accelerating the commissioning of the mine.The peculiarity of the simulation was to take into account the temperature of the rock mass and freezingwells,which affected the stress state,safe drilling window and cementing parameters during the constructionof additional freezing loop wells,as well as during the strengthening of the rock mass.Based on the results of the well logging,seismic surveys and geomechanical modeling,the stress stateof the decompression zone is estimated and the parameters of the cement slurry injection when attachingwells and strengthening the rock mass to isolate the shaft from aquifers are recommended.
