Rope-adjusting technology of floating head sheave is offered due to tension difference of multi-rope winding type for ultra-deep mine winder during the working process. And a active rope-adjusting device of multi-rope winding type hoist for ultra-deep mine is designed. Rope-adjusting device of electro-hydraulic servo system to realize floating sheave adjusting rope, which can reduce tension difference of wire rope. By establishing the mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic servo system, a fuzzy adaptive PID controller is designed, the simulation model of hoisting system is built. The simulation analysis is carried out to model the vibration of wire rope in different sinusoidal disturbance frequency. Thus, the performance of adjusting rope and the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic cylinder is analyzed. The availability of the floating sheave rope-adjusting devices is verified by simulation.
