摘要

In this paper, relevant parameters are optimized based on the minimum deformation of ruled surface blades machining in the process of 5-axis flank milling. At first, the experiment results of the orthogonal test are investigated by the method of extreme difference analysis. Then the optimization result of the milling parameters is calculated with the orthogonal advantage analysis. Finally the optimization result is verified by ANASYS simulation, and the model quality is also evaluated.
