The methodology of structure selection of hybrid correction device for centralized and distributed electrical networks is presented in the article according to the results of mathematical modeling and computer simulation. The reasonability of hybrid correction systems usage in distributed and centralized networks are proved. The mathematical model of centralized and distributed network with hybrid correction device and linear and nonlinear load is developed. During researches the dependences of power quality indicators from centralized and distributed networks parameters are detected when application of hybrid correction system, based on passive and active filters. Also the influence of key parameters and functioning modes of hybrid correction devices on power quality indicators is determined. According to the obtained results the theoretical and practical recommendations are given for effective application of hybrid correction devices in conditions of centralized and distributed generation.
