Through comparative analysis to the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of endowment modes in current, meanwhile take Wuhan as an example, through research analysis to the basic information of the urban elderly, living status and willingness, demand to community environment and facilities, put forward the conception of plan and construct a facilities for the elders combined with living, entertainments and activities, medical rehabilitation, and elaborate to the functions of the community endowment facilities, in order to promote the development of community endowment service.
