The article presents practical experience of implementation of professional retraining programs in the format of open education 《LETI minor》. The approach is based on the active use of e-learning tools and distance education technologies through the introduction of online courses in the program. Listeners receive the necessary support and accompaniment, and also have the opportunity to build an individual trajectory. The pedagogical plan of the program provides for the asynchrony of the learning process for individual participants and is focused on meeting the private needs for professional development. The approach has a significant potential for dissemination and scaling beyond the university.
