Formation of Regional Infrastructure of the National System of Qualifications in High-Tech Industries

摘要

The article considers the issues of harmonization of approaches in the formation of the national system of qualifications, and main stakeholders' cooperation. Novelties in the formation of the system of qualification levels, allowing to ensure concordance of professional education qualification levels and professional qualifications, are proposed. The experience of formation a multi-industry examination center for assessing qualifications in high-tech industries on the basis of Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI" is given.
