During the investment process, intellectual property may face certain risks in the host country. In this regard, the international law can provide bilateral protection path, plurilateral protection path and multilateral protection path for intellectual property rights. Under the background of the Belt and Road, developed countries and developing countries should be differentiated and different legal strategies should be adopted to safeguard China's national interests.
